This elegant, dry French-style Rosé is made from Merlot grapes. It's a mouth full of strawberries, watermelon, toffee apple and citrus with underlying tropical fruit flavours and a moreish, crunchy finish.

Winemaking Details
The fruit for this wine was picked in February 2024, following a hot growing season. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks, with regular hand plunging. After crushing, it was pressed and cold settled. It then underwent cool fermentation in stainless steel to keep it fresh.
